When a lock rekey request comes in for One Seagrove Place, we treat it as a standard maintenance task for this specific condo community. This page outlines what a typical call looks like for residents and staff at this address.
The Call at This Specific Location
One Seagrove Place is a condo and apartment community situated on County Highway 30A in the heart of Seagrove Beach. It sits within Walton County, Florida, under the ZIP code 32459. Because this is a multi-unit residence, we often see requests from managers or individual owners who need to update access after a tenant move-out or a break-in scare. We recognize the specific architectural style of these buildings and the type of door hardware typically installed in this part of the city.
What Our Tech Does
Our technician arrives with the necessary tools to rekey the existing lock cylinder without replacing the entire door assembly. In general terms, this involves disassembling the lock and swapping the internal pin tumblers to match a new key code. We do not provide instructions on how to bypass locks; instead, we focus on restoring security using industry-standard methods. The process ensures that old keys, such as those held by previous tenants, will no longer work in the unit. This approach is efficient for communities like One Seagrove Place where multiple units share similar hardware profiles.
Preparation for the Visit
To make the service call smooth, we recommend having the owner or manager available to provide access to the specific unit. If you have the original key, please have it ready to help us identify the lock manufacturer. We ask that you clear any personal items from the immediate vicinity of the door to ensure our tech has enough workspace to operate safely. This preparation helps us complete the rekey quickly and without unnecessary delays during your busy day.
